Rising Middle School Summer Camp

Middle school actors write, perform, film, and direct original work together. They can take creative risks, try roles in front of or behind the camera, and help shape the direction of the project.

Teaching artists provide professional guidance while giving the ensemble real ownership. Actors practice developing an idea, communicating clearly, revising their work, and bringing a shared vision to life. Skilled performers are pushed to make stronger, more specific choices.

Brand new to acting or ready for more, every actor has a meaningful role. The atmosphere is collaborative and relaxed, with time to connect, play, and enjoy being outside. The week ends with an original short film created by the ensemble.
