Some actors arrive ready to lead a scene. Others are trying theater for the first time. Our teaching artists know how to challenge skilled performers without leaving newer actors behind. Every actor is expected to contribute, listen, and help the ensemble create strong work.

Christi Cruz founded Wedgwood Drama Studio in 2008 with a clear belief. Young people do their best creative work when they feel known, included, and free to bring their own ideas into the room. That belief still guides every program we offer.
